Once a service has been agreed this constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The copyright to any image sent to thephotofixer must be owned by the sender, if not then he or she must have the written permission of the person owning the copyright . The sender of the image will be held liable for any costs associated with court action resulting from violation of copyright.

The sending of any pornographic, obscene or abusive material  by e-mail or post is against the law. Any sender of such material will be reported by thephotofixer to the appropriate authorities.

thephotofixer will not be held responsible for original photographs that may be lost by any postal service in any country, whether they were lost on their way to thephotofixer or being returned to the customer's given address.

thephotofixer's refund policy is limited to the service provided and the actual image purchased. thephotofixer will not extend this to any issues regarding the quality resulting from any subsequent printing of the image with the customer's or any 3rd party's printing facility.

thephotofixer will ask permission before displaying any customer images on our website.

thephotofixer reserves the right to refuse any request for services.

The service ordered must be paid for before any further images or CD's can be purchased.

The copyright of any image purchased from thephotofixer 'photo gallery' remains the property of thephotofixer and cannot be used for any other reason than your own pleasure. These images must not be sold or used for publishing, marketing or any other type of profit making reason.
